equipment provide complete protection from water, dust and sand;
with only a 3% (0.13dB) loss in sound level. Adjustments of the
radio can be made through the housing and a finger pocket allows
access to top-mounted controls. If dropped in water the unit
will float on the surface. |

plates if they come into contact with salt water. Unfortunately
this is often only noticed when it's too late. These special
housings for NICO-signal and KOMET flares and similar systems
give protection from all external factors and are compact and
light. Closure is by means of the ewa-marine screw system, submersible
to 75 metres. |
