Internal flash is partly blocked by port when shooting close-up. An (optional) external slave flash system is recommended.

Housing fits lighting trays with Ikelite 2-point mounting system.

Recommended Optional Accessories:

Underwater colour correction filters - Port fits the 2.2" push-on type. These permit natural light photography to about 24m, depending on available light.

Bayonet or M67 adapter - for wide-angle conversion lenses. Some lenses require the camera to be zoomed slightly to avoid vignetting.

External slave flash system - Reduces backscatter and gives improved lighting angles. See especially: Ikelite AF35 auto-flash with exposure compensation. The more powerful Ikelite DS-series substrobes can be used with EV Controller. If assembling a flash system from individual components, note that the housing fits Ikelite trays with 2-point attachment (9523.31, 9523.32).
